Executive Director

Ron Smits
Ron is the founder of Arbor Media. He has over 20 years IT and general management experience in the Audio/Video industry. His large knowledge of audio and video  technology enables Arbor Media to successfully  implement  international Broadcast and Conference projects.

Ron has a passion for creating innovative IT solutions and methods. He does not avoid challenges, and is always looking for new IT applications in the Audio and Video branche. By being creative and listening carefully to the needs and wishes of (potential) customers, he stimulates the Arbor team to develop user-friendly and innovative solutions.
Thinking out of the box is his motto. He succeeded in composing a team of IT specialists with a wide range of Audio and Video knowledge. Together they succeed in achieving the goals of the customers.

Operational  Management

Karina Kreeftenberg
As Manager Operations, Karina is not only responsible for the succesful implementation of the Arbor Media products but also the entire organisation. She is the one to talk to if customers face problems. Young, charming and efficient; Karina knows what she wants and how to gets things done!

After earning her bachelor degree in communications and marketing, she started her professional career as account and project coordinator in an IT organization. In 2008 she moved to Arbor Media and within 2 years she has become a valuable member of the management team.

Management Assistant

Kristl
Working as a Mangement Assistant at Arbor Media, Kristl is assisting the Operational Management and is responsible for office administration and order registration.
Besides working part-time at Arbor Media, Kristl is a law student at a university.

Executive Secretary

Bianca
Bianca is working as Executive Secretary at Arbor Media. After she graduated as Executive Secretary/Management Assistant, she started her career at Arbor Media in 2008. Bianca assists the Executive Director in all operational proceedings. Besides that, she is also responsible for secretarial duties, finance administration and other administrative duties.

Technical Department

Antoin
Antoin has over 14 years development experience in the Audio/Video industry. He has a background in embedded systems and a wide interest for all media related technologies. Antoin does a lot of research, finds a challenge in complex developments, and is always looking for new solutions and applications. With an eye for detail and passion for innovation, Antoin is able to improve and extend the Arbor Media products. Together with his colleagues he succeeds in achieving the goals of the customers by releasing highly qualified software!

Bram
After Bram graduated as an Application Developer, he started his career as a System Manager at a big metal processing company. After a few months he wanted to face some new challenges. Bram: "Now I am working at Arbor Media as a Support Engineer and I will use my knowledge and expertise to reinforce the Support Department."
When Bram finds the time, he is very eager to learn more about IT via self-tuition.
 
In his spare time he likes watching a movie and mixing music. In weekends he is mostly spending time with friends. Besides that Bram is also a big fan of Apple computers.

Rik
Rik is our Junior Software Engineer. He recently graduated as Application Developer and he has experience with among others C#, .NET and MSSQL.
He applied for a job at Arbor Media to develop not only himself, but also to contribute to the development of the quality of Arbor Media products and his even colleagues. Rik is eager to learn and work hard. His best quality is the ability to come up with creative solutions. He never avoids problems, but tries to solve them!

In his spare time the computer is never far away. But when it’s turned off he makes time for his other hobbies: movies, soccer and travelling.

Wim
The first Software Engineer of Arbor Media! Since the 90’s part of the Arbor Media Team. He has over 20 years of IT Experience in Audio and Video. As Software Engineer, he is responsible for the development of the Arbor products. Wim is constantly eager to learn new IT technologies via self-tuition and motions movements in the Audio and Video Industry.
 
Wim is currently working as a Sales Support Engineer. This means Wim will constantly be involved in special projects.

Robin
Robin is our youngest Support Engineer. After he graduated as an IT specialist he applied for a job at Arbor Media. He says to be very eager to develop himself within the company and contribute to the quality of Arbor Media’s products.
 
While travelling through Europe for several years as a professional gamer, he discovered a whole new world outside the Netherlands.
Next to being a Support Engineer and gamer, Robin loves to play and watch football and spend time with his friends!

Kevin
Kevin, one of the Software Engineers of Arbor Media. Kevin has years of IT experience in C#, C++ and .NET.
With his knowledge Kevin is able to improve and extend the Arbor Media software. Kevin does not avoid any challenges and is always looking for innovative applications, and new technologies.
Together with his colleagues he succeeds in achieving the goals of the customers by releasing highly qualified software!
 
Besides developing Kevin has a passion for racing. He loves to spend his spare time on the track, every single spare hour is used for racing or maintaining his motorcycle!

Rudi
Rudi is working as a support engineer at Arbor Media. He has years of IT experience, and is working with a lot of passion on IT challenges. He is eager to learn new technologies via courses and self-tuition.
Rudi is responsible for the implementation of the Arbor products, together with his colleagues.

In his spare time Rudi collects ‘old’ consoles and is always looking for new ones!

Marketing/Sales Department

Arthur
Arbor Media finds it important to get in contact with our valuable customers and expanding our still growing business. These are one of many of Arthur Brockhoff's strenghts. Together with Milko, Arthur is as sales representative responsible for maintaining customer contact and generating and follow up new leads in Europe.

Arthur is an enthusiastic, sales driven man who prefers a personal approach. He has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the ICT business.

Milko
Just like Arthur, Milko Dang is one of our sales representatives, who is driven to expand Arbor Media´s business in new yet to discover markets and products.

Milko is a creative man, with the right knowlege to strengthen the team.

Chris
As Marketing Coordinator Chris is responsible for the marketing activities at Arbor Media, such as setting up direct mails, updateting the website, setting up proposals and taking care of participation on exhibitions. In 2009 he graduated as a Bachelor of Commerce at the Arnhem Business school.
Chris is an enthusiastic person, with great new ideas for penetrating new markets. What he especially likes about Arbor Media is the great reference list in the Conference - and Broadcast market, with well known national and international parliaments and Radio- en TV stations. But, above all, he feels proud to be part of the Arbor team with her great solutions for Conference- and Broadcast Recording.

Backoffice

Lidy
One of the most reliable employees of Arbor Media. Lidy is the eldest employee, very driven and organized. She is taking care of the interior of Arbor Media.
A shine and clean surrounding is a healthy place to work in!
