Questionnaire – results
Arbor Media started a customer satisfaction survey in the first months of 2010. This survey has given us insight in the opinion of our customers. The questionnaire was carried out by phone by an external party – so the participants would remain anonymous. Down below you may find some results of the questionnaire. The questionnaire was taken in four different languages: Dutch, English, German and French. We are pleased to report that almost three-quarter of our appreciated customers gave their opinion and answered the questions. Down below you may find some results of the questionnaire. In general, our customers are very pleased with Arbor Media. The quality of our products, the reliability in solving problems and the expertise and friendliness of our staff is appreciated by 85% – 90%. Some questions show room for improvement. Product training scores “reasonable” in over 60% of the responses. It is our goal to improve this figure. The visits to our website are low. We have acknowledged this and worked hard on a brand new website. This new site - www.arbormedia.nl – will be operational from May 1st. With this site we hope to provide you with more information in an efficient and attractive way. | |||||||
According to the respondents our Support- and Software development departments do function well. About 70% think they have a high expertise and over 75% of the respondents is very pleased with the kindness of the Support department. Almost 90% of our customers reads our newsletter when it is sent to them. They are very pleased with the content of this newsletter. |

The majority of the respondents rated our products with ‘good’ and 27,5% with ‘reasonable’. This means that our products meet the expectations of our customers. Another noteworthy fact is the user friendliness of our product – almost 80% find it ‘good’ to ‘reasonable’. Again almost 80% would recommend Arbor Media to others. Some of our customers said they would add some applications to Arbor Media’s products. Mostly these applications are very customer-specific, but for Arbor Media very useful to know. | |||||||
