LogDepot SOLO is a single system for recording, archiving, retrieving and publishing audio and video. Highly sophisticated, easy-to-use and especially adapted to digitally capturing conference, board room or council meetings. LogDepot SOLO is installed on a dedicated PC. With the help of the web-based graphical interface users can simply click on the URL’s and start using the system.

- Prepare your (conference) meeting by uploading or entering meeting date, time, room, title, agenda and/or other supplementary data into the Remote Control Dashboard.
- With the help of the Remote Control Dashboard start recording conference sessions. Every time you push the Pause or Stop button an individual session is digitally captured and saved. Add speaker names, agenda items or manual annotations if desired. LogDepot SOLO offers easy integration with several Control Automation Systems and can record in proxy format and in high quality.
- After recording, review the meeting and prepare for publishing by correcting possible errors and fine-tuning data. The Media Board combines the audio/video feeds with metadata from microphone systems (Televic,
Bosch DCN and others), room control systems (Creston, AMX and others) and manual annotations in one userfriendly overview. Searching and exporting is enhanced by features such as ‘thumbnail viewing’, cue-marking options and simple download facilities.
- Publish the recorded material to a website, an internal network/portal or a long term archive, using the Media Board. Use the Player to watch and listen to recorded sessions. Browsing through the material and searching for specific items and/or fragments is made easy by the metadata information.

LogDepot SOLO is based on Arbor Media's successful LogDepot product. LogDepot SOLO is an easy-to-use solution for unattended recording of conference meetings and/or television programs. LogDepot SOLO is a single channel audio/video recording system but LogDepot SOLO can also deal with more channels simultaneously. LogDepot SOLO is developed as ‘off-the-shelf’ product for digitally capturing, archiving, retrieving and publishing audio and video.
LogDepot SOLO can record in internet browsing quality and in high quality. The software is very powerful,
robust and reliable but flexible and efficient at the same time. For recording purposes the LogDepot SOLO
software is installed on a dedicated PC. For browsing, viewing/monitoring and downloading there is no
special software needed on the client PC’s. With the help of the web-based graphical user interface users can
simply click on the URL’s and start using the program.
