I have instructed the LogDepot Fetcher to fetch from SoundDevice Channel 3, but I get Channel 1 instead?

This problem may occur, if you have changed the "preferred recording device" (control panel -> sounds and multimedia) setting on your Logger. The reason is that this changes the sequence of the list of recording devices, but only in the user context under which LogDepot is running. This will then differ from the user context under which the files are fetched (which the IIS context), causing the mentioned or similar problems. Do not change the preferred recording device setting on a LogDepot system, leave it to the default!
