After starting the backend service; why does the indicated buffer usage quickly rises to the maximum?

When buffer usage increases immediately after startup, the system just cannot handle the task in real time. Possible causes:

• The configuration is wrong: Check deinterlacer, audio config, storage bandwidth, etc.
• The encoder setting does not match the capabilities of the system.
