Does LogDepot have an access control system to allow only certain people to listen to the recordings? Could this be linked to our Windows domain / Active Directory?

LogDepot has an access control system which can either work stand-alone, or be connected to an Active Directory. Permissions can be set for individual channels, export and download functions.
