Does streaming work on all devices?

We received some feedback about certain IOS and Android devices, particularlyolder devices and types, that freeze the stream. The issue was difficult to replicate and required a thorough investigation in order to find out where this issue occurs and why this occurs. During the investigation we stayed in close contact with our customers and learned that it was not the stream, but the device or type of the device. Thanks to this information, we were able to add a filter that prevents the issue from occurring again.

We highly value accessibility and are happy and proud to say that we can now offer accessibility from nearly all IOS and Android devices, even older types and models. This means everyone can access the meetings they wish to attend or watch, from everywhere and from most common devices.
