SLA and Maintenance

A maintenance contract with professional Service Level Agreement ensures that you receive the support you need; at the moment you need it.
Customers with maintenance contracts have priority when they require support.
But the maintenance contract also provides you with the latest software version with new
features and bug fixes, and it entitles you to receive support when reconfiguring the system or changing

Last, but not least: Arbor offers an Escrowing option, to all maintenance contracts. This ensures for our
customers that they will be able to obtain the software source code and have the legal right to use it, in case of bankruptcy or other
serious problems at Arbor Media.
